Access can be arranged through a key safe, neighbour or estate agent nearby. Just include the access details when you complete your booking.

Log in to your account and go to My Account. Under Orders, select your booking to reschedule or make changes by following the on-screen steps.

The property should be mostly empty. Only items staying after your tenancy can remain. Cupboards need to be cleared in advance if you want the inside cleaned.
